The air conditioning in one of our rooms had issues that weren't resolved despite multiple requests to the staff. We also found the overall pricing excessive compared to nearby hotels that provided better service and amenities.

The staff were extremely helpful and assisted us whenever we needed it. The accommodation was excellent and for a very reasonable price.

The limitation of a king and queen bed, without the option of a single bed for children. Our daughter slept on the couch.
